THE BRIEF

Domino Jewellery manufactures and sells a wide range of jewellery to retailers in the UK & Europe. They wanted a way to let their retail clients offer their customers a way to digitally ‘build’ an engagement ring.

We had to integrate with a live diamond feed as well as with our client’s ERP system. On the front we had to hide this complexity and deliver a simple way for people to create and buy their dream engagement ring.

THE SOLUTION

After workshopping with the client to define the journey that users should take when configuring and purchasing their engagement ring we went through several design phases before agreeing on the final user interface.

We also worked with our client’s technical team to ensure the live data integrations worked seamlessly from day one. We then built and launched the new “ring builder” experience on our client’s eCommerce platform, and helped them offer a new kind of product and buying experience to their customers.
