THE BRIEF

Reza Hygiene’s sales team created their own quotes for their prospective clients. Some people used Word, some used emails, some used pen and paper! They wanted a standardised and streamlined process that would be easy for all their sales reps to use, that would make the company look more professional, and would allow them to collect more useful information about their sales operations.

THE SOLUTION

We started by designing a hyper-streamlined user interface that anyone could pick up and use without any training. It lets you quickly create a professional looking, branded quote in minutes and then instantly send it to your prospect We also made a custom back that allows for Reza to manage their sales team, run reporting on performance and keep their product data up to date. From day one this tool helped to streamline our client’s sales process, as well as allowing them to see performance data that previously did not exist.
