Diversey needed a one-stop-shop to store and distribute technical documentation to engineers all around the world who service the equipment that they sell. It needed to be easy to update, and easy to use. It also needed to track and feedback other product data in a custom made reporting widget.
We built an admin area for our client to import and edit all data for their entire range of equipment and parts. We then designed and built a portal that allowed engineers to sign up to and search this product material. The site contains text, images, videos, and PDFs. As well as viewing this information on the portal, engineers can select sets of products and build their own custom ‘manuals’ on the fly - which download as bespoke company branded PDF documents. After delivering this site we were asked to integrate further product data into it, which came from the company’s ERP system, and to build custom reporting screens which the company could use internally during their operations planning meetings.
